 If you are tenant and looking for your next home, we will:

• Guarantee to do our best to find you the most appropriate home to fill your needs, whether it be an apartment, a duplex, a house or a condo in either La Broquerie, Mitchell or Steinbach
• Promise to furnish you with a very clean home and surrounding area at move-in
• Furnish you with a 24/7 phone number that you can call for all emergencies relating to the property
• Furnish you with all of the pertinent information with regard to the property and the appliances, to ensure they function properly
• Give you many payment options to pay your rent so that you can choose which is most convenient for you
• Promise to look into any emergency situation as promptly as possible (heating issues, plumbing issues, water problems)
• Obtain permission as quickly as possible from the property owners if other maintenance issues arise and need looking after
• Answer any questions you may have about your lease, your responsibilities and/or any concerns you may have
• Provide you with a detailed rent receipt at year-end, upon request
• Give you first priority on another property, if you’re looking for an upgrade
